HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All domestic orders will be shipped USPS First Class mail.
LOST/STOLEN/ DELAYED ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
Q Swimwear is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
Occasionally a carrier will mark your package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off.
Please be sure to check your front/side/back doors, garage area, mailbox, bushes or any other place where your package may be hiding. Also, please ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you or if the carrier accidentally delivered it to them.
Typically, packages turn up within 3 days. If it’s still missing after 3 days, please contact USPS with the tracking so they can being tracing the package.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping prices vary based on shipping service rates and shipping location. Shipping times are only AFTER the suits are made and ship from our warehouse- after 12-18 business days. Depending on the customers shipping country, orders can take an extra12-30 days to arrive. Please keep track of your order and make sure you pay any duties or taxes to avoid long delays.
We cannot offer free shipping for international orders.
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
Our shipping cost does NOT cover custom duties per country. The customer is responsible to pay any custom duties their country charges for the release of their order. Q Swimwear is not responsible for customs charges.
IS IT TOO LATE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we can not edit orders after they are placed. If it has been less than 15 hours we can cancel your order and you can replace the order. Otherwise, you will need to request a return or refund.
MY ORDER SAYS PROCESSING WHEN WILL IT UPDATE?
Orders only update once the order has shipped. Once it has shipped it will update to shipped and you will receive an email with tracking. Please remember that our suits are made to order and will not ship for 12-18 business days.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ON PRE-DESIGNED SUITS?
Exchanges and Refunds are only valid up to 60 days after the order is placed with tags still attached.
International orders are not eligible for exchange, only refund, within 60 days.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?
We do not provide return labels for refunds or exchanges. The shipping fee of $5.99 will be withheld from the refund amount.
DO YOU ALLOW INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
We offer only refunds for international customers. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to ship the suits back to us within 60 days with tags attached. We do not refund shipping costs paid to ship the order to the customer. We do not refund shipping charges on international orders.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, and for the funds to be transferred. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund. Please look for OVARUSA on your bank statement.
WHERE IS MY EXCHANGE?
Just like with our regular orders, all exchange orders take 12-18 business days to ship. You will get an order confirmation email when your exchange order is placed and tracking information when it has shipped.
WHAT IS MY CORRECT SUIT SIZE?
There are a couple of ways to find your suit size. We use a consistent industry standard, so if you have a swimsuit that already fits, just check the size on your current suit. Always be certain of your correct size before ordering your suit. Please check our size chart to pick your size.
I CANNOT FIND MY SIZE IN THE SIZE CHART. DO YOU OFFER MORE SIZES?
We're sorry to hear that. At this moment we do not offer additional sizes.
I HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES IN DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF MY BODY SUCH AS WAIST VERSUS CHEST. IS THERE ONE THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANOTHER?
You have to make sure that all the different measurements in a specific size all fit. The swimsuits are made with stretchy material but the measurement that is more important is your torso and bust for female and waist for male.
DO YOU DO SPECIAL PRODUCTS FOR PARALYMPIC ATHLETES?
At the present time, we do not have special templates for Paralympic suits. We will be looking towards meeting this goal in the future.
We have taken great care to ensure your final product is produced as you see it on the screen. However, there may be slight differences in color due to the screen resolution. The appearance of the final product can also vary depending on the size of the suit.
DO YOU ALLOW ANY IMAGES ON DESIGN-YOUR-OWN SUITS?
We do not allow any obscene or inappropriate images or words to be designed on our suits. Q Swimwear reserves the right to cancel any suit design we deem as inappropriate or obscene.
WHAT SIZE DOES MY IMAGE NEED TO BE FOR DESIGN YOUR OWN?
Your image needs to be 4000x4000 pixels in order to cover the whole suit. The image must also be under 10MB.
CAN I SEND YOU MY SUIT AND YOU PRINT IT?
No, we do not design for individual customers. If the order is for 5 or more suits it qualifies as a team order and you can email the image to email@example.com.
TEAMS AND DEALERS
A fit kit is a package containing all the different styles we sell in all the different sizes. We ship these free to teams who are ordering team suits though Q Swimwear only. If you are ordering from a dealer, they will provide the fit kit.
I AM AN ATHLETE AND I AM LOOKING FOR SPONSORS?
Wow, that is great. Keep it up and good luck. However, Q Swimwear does not sponsor athletes because we consider our products the “canvas” on which you can place your sponsor logos. The sponsor logos can be placed on our products and uniforms at no additional cost.
WHERE DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?
You enter discount codes or gift cards at checkout. You must enter the code at checkout or the promotion will not be applied and you will be charged the full amount. Only one discount or gift card can be applied to your order.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON TECHNICAL SUITS?
We do not allow for discount codes to be used on Technical suits.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON CLEARANCE SUITS?
We do not allow discounts on clearance suits or solid suits.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE ON DESIGN-YOUR OWN SUITS OR TEAM SUITS?
We do not allow for discount codes and gift cards to be used on the design of your own suits or team orders.
WHAT IS DYE-SUBLIMATION?
Dye sublimation is a printing technique that allows all overprinting of full-color images with superior softness. Your artwork is first printed onto large sheets of the high-release paper substrate. Then, images are transferred onto the garments using heat and pressure. Heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas (a process known as sublimation) and the pressure bonds them to the polyester content of the garments. The garment then absorbs the dye. This differs from screen-printing, in that the ink sits on top of the garment during the screen-printing process.
The swimsuits are made with 53% Polyester 47% PBT and the lining is comprised of 100% Polyester. You will find labels on the swimsuits providing you with the instructions for care of your product. Proper care of your product should always be taken. Here are some care symbols along with their meanings to guide you in caring for your product:
Rubbing your suit on rough surfaces, such as the ledge of the pool, can cause this damage to the suit. To prevent this damage, avoid sitting on rough surfaces. Proper care for the suit is paramount. Concerning the image on your suit, print on the suit does not fade.
