Independent Sales Representative

We are looking for Independent Sales Representative to join Q Swimwear Sales Team ! 

  • Sell to a select List of Prospect Clients, providing excellent customer service and exhibiting strong sales skills
  • Reach prospective clients Domestic and Internationally.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for execution of strategies to expand Q brand presence in new market segments within sports industry. 
  • Aggressively develop, and grow revenue through proven sales techniques, effective customer relationships, constant attention to internal and external communication and follow-through,  Deliver exceptional service solutions. Once new customers are landed, independently manage and grow those accounts.

How you can contribute: Identify key decision makers at key prospects of targeted opportunities. Work closely with dealers to identify opportunities.  Create plan to increase customer and market share.  Create sales goals and timelines for each account; prepare and follow-up on detailed proposals, which speak directly to customer needs.

What you need: Strong hunting skills; Ability to recognize alignment between Q Swimwear capabilities and new opportunities. Ability to recognize opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills; Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional/cross-business unit team. Demonstrate proficiency of all MS Office products. (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sales Force) as well as proficient in Linked In.

At least two years’ experience in sales and presenting preferred.  

Familiarity with Sports industry preferred.

San Diego Sales Representative

Job Description:  INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We have a unique way to Design and Create Custom Competitive Swimwear. This mindset drive us to market and distribute premium swimwear for people that love swimming.

We are looking for a unique Inside Sales representative At Q Swimwear; 

  • Sell to a select List of Prospect Clients, providing excellent customer service and exhibiting strong sales skills
  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and make contact with prospective customers
  • Act as contact and resource for warranty issues, technical questions, and other issue
  • Responsible for execution of strategies to expand Q brand presence in new market segments within sports industry. 
  • Aggressively develop, and grow revenue through proven sales techniques, effective customer relationships, constant attention to internal and external communication and follow-through, and the delivery of timely and exceptional service solutions. Once new customers are landed, independently manage and grow accounts

Compensation – Part Time - Competitive pay plus commission based on sales.
