At Q Swimwear, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Q Swimwear within 30 days of the shipping date with tags still attached. Personalized suits by the customer are non returnable.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) (with original tags on the suit) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased.
Shipping charges on returned items must be paid by the customer. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account.
Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Q Swimwear is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
IMPORTANT Q Swimwear does not carry Inventory. Every suit is made for each customer, all of our suits are unique as our Designs.
How to request a refund or exchange
Type in your email and order number. Select what product you want to return or exchange. Select either return or exchange the product. You will receive an email upon acceptance of your request. Once accepted mail the product to 2400 Kettner Blvd Suite #251 San Diego , California 92101. Once we receive your order we will refund you or place an exchange order based on your request. Q Swimwear reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds.
Technical Suits are NOT available for return or refund.
