Before you send your logo
Is there really no minimum?
Yes. Order one suit or a hundred. No contracts and no setup fee.
How long does it take?
Your mock-up arrives within 24 hours. Suits ship 14–18 business days after you approve the artwork (18–24 international). Peak seasons can run longer, so request your mock-up about four weeks before your first meet.
What if we don't have a vector logo?
Send whatever you have: a phone photo, a sketch, a PNG. Our designers vectorize it free.
Can you match our exact colors?
Send your Pantone code. We match it about 98% as closely as printable fabric allows.
How do we get everyone's sizes right?
Use our fit and style guide, and our team will review your size list before production. Custom suits can't be exchanged for a different size, so check sizes before you approve.
Can we change or cancel after ordering?
Not once production starts. That's why you approve a mock-up first.
Who owns the design?
Your logo stays yours. You license it to us to make your suits and, unless you opt out in writing, to show your team's suits in our marketing. The finished suit design created with our tools belongs to Q Swimwear and can only be produced by Q. Read the full design ownership terms before you submit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
